As of January 15, 2022, we will no longer be accepting insurance. This is in part due to continued reduction in reimbursements to our providers for services provided and also due to rising deductibles and high out of pocket costs to patients. While we are no longer accepting insurance, mental health care is still affordable at The Journey.

You will still be able to use insurance benefits for in office Genesight genetic testing and also for medications as well.

Our initial visit fee for new patients is $200.00.

Follow up appointment visit fee for existing patients who are commercially insured is $85.00.

Follow up appointment visit fee for existing patients who are insured by any government plan including Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare is $65.00.

These fees are flat fees and our patients pay no more that what is quoted no matter what service is provided at our office. Your provider will complete a healthcare reimbursement form at your request, which can be submitted to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

These changes allows our staff and providers to focus strictly on the care of our patients and reduces paperwork related to insurance claims and collection calls to patients regarding balances and bills.
